You can message the commissioner(s) about needing more time. The commission(s) will still remain as long as they don't cancel on you. A little communication goes a long way.

Almost half of The commissions I request miss their deadline. If they get 'Ur done within a week, it's only mildly annoying. I learn from conventions sometimes; if you ask an artist if they're finished, they'll hand you what they've done so far and tell you to get lost.

I don't do that, i make sure it's done even if it takes more time, i'm not getting paid to half ass work.
