Plot: After discovering that his so-called girlfriend's sudden infidelity by investigating the evidence that his friends gave him and given a food for thought by their advice, Sousuke Sagara has decided to break up with Kaname Chidori because she's cheating on him by making out with another man behind his back. Then, Sousuke turns away from Kaname while she stood there in shock with her stretching her hand a bit. This action takes place after the final chapter of the series. Or you could rather say that this scene follows the events of "Anime Orgy Collection", commissioned by Westes, if you want. The source of the Anime Orgy Collection is this,
anime-orgy-collection. In other words, Sagara has dumped Chidori due to her unfaithfulness such as having an affair with another guy while he remained loyal to her before to this point.
