Artist Terms and Conditions which describes the relations between the Artist and the Website (WHentai.com)

When applying for / obtaining the “Artist” status you automatically agree to the following terms:

• These terms extend the General Terms and Conditions.
• Administrators of the website might revoke your “Artist” status at any moment.
• The Artist can not apply any promotional texts at the upload before it appears on the Website. For example, a link to a profile on a third party site (like patreon, etc.) is PROHIBITED. Only one link to Artist’s personal blog (tumblr, blogger, wordpress) is allowed to be displayed on the upload. Therefore, Administrators of the Website might make alterations to any upload without prior notice, or request the Artist to replace the uploaded artwork with another one that fits the limitations.
• A watermark stating that the artwork has been made exclusively for the Website will be automatically applied after uploading. In case the Artist wants to re-distribute the artwork on any third party sites one should use the watermarked version provided by the Website, the Artist might not use the original artwork for re-distribution by any means. If Artist re-distributed the artwork without the watermark of the Website one should replace it immediately with the watermarked one once requested by the Administrators of the Website.
• All uploads made as a result of a request/idea/commission should be uploaded in the highest available quality (HD/FullHD/or any other maximum-quality size). Artist can’t make alterations to the original image and re-upload on the Website in order to get any profits from the same artwork. Any artworks uploaded in that form will be handled by the Administration by its own concern.
• The Artist transfers the ownership rights on the uploads made as a result of a request/idea/commission to Administrators of the Website (as run by Correlon LLP, OC348575, Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M7JN, United Kingdom).
• Therefore, Administrators might use those uploads to promote the Website at their own discretion.
• Therefore, Administrators might use those uploads to promote any third party sites at their own discretion.
• These Terms and Conditions might be changed by Administrators of the Website at any moment without prior notice.
